Refunds & Cancellation Policy

We invoice memberships on the 1st of each month and attempt payment on the 24th. This page explains when a charge occurs, how cancellations work, and when refunds apply.

At a glance
First month (purchase month)
  • Cancel on or before the 24th: No charge is created. Your enrollment is voided and access ends immediately.
  • Cancel after the 24th but before the 1st: If you were charged on/after the 24th for the upcoming month, we will issue a full refund of that charge and end service at the end of the current month.
After the first month (plan already active)
  • Cancel between the 1st and the 24th: No refund for the current month (service is already in progress), but the upcoming invoice will be cancelled so you are not charged on the 24th. Access continues until month-end.
  • Cancel between the 24th and the last day of the month: If we already charged on the 24th for the next month, we will issue a full refund of that charge and end service at the end of the current month. No pro-rata refund for days already used.
How our billing cycle works
  • On the 1st: We generate the invoice for the upcoming month.
  • On the 24th: We attempt payment for that invoice. If successful, your access for the upcoming month is secured.
  • Cancelling on/before the 24th: We void that pending charge; you won't be billed on the 24th.
  • Cancelling after the 24th but before the 1st: We reverse the just-processed charge in full and end access at the end of the current month.

All dates and cutoffs are evaluated in your account's billing time zone (typically U.S. Eastern unless your tenant settings specify otherwise).

We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months once a month is in progress.

How to cancel
  1. From your dashboard: Go to Account → Membership and choose Cancel plan. You'll see whether a 24th-of-month charge will be stopped or refunded.
  2. Need help? Contact support and include your full name, member ID, and the effective date you want.
Tip: To avoid a charge, submit your cancellation anytime before the 24th.
Additional notes
  • No penalties: There are no early-termination fees.
  • Add-ons: Stand-alone goods/services billed outside your monthly membership are not refundable under this policy unless required by law.
  • Disputes & errors: If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 30 days so we can investigate and correct it.

This policy applies to Castle Health memberships (e.g., Silver, Gold, Platinum). Certain employer or partner programs may have additional terms; see your agreement for details.
