Billing & Activation Policy
- Billing Cycle: Billing occurs on the 24th of each month for the upcoming service period.
- Service Periods: Service always begins on the 1st of the month, regardless of your activation date.
Standard Activation
- If you activate your plan anytime before the 1st of the following month, you will not be billed immediately.
- Instead, your payment method is securely stored and you’ll be billed on the 24th of that month.
Instant Activation
- You may choose Instant Activation at checkout for an additional $34.95 fee.
- This fee is charged immediately at the time of purchase (unlike standard activation, which does not bill at sign-up).
- Instant activation is typically completed within 72 hours, allowing you to use your plan in the same month you enroll.
- The $34.95 instant activation fee is not pro-rated. It applies even if only a few days remain in the month.
- No refunds are available for the instant activation fee. Only select this option if you need immediate access to your plan.
Refunds & Dependents
- All health plan purchases are non-refundable.
- It is your responsibility to manage dependents. Dependents can be added:
- During checkout, or
- Anytime later in your member dashboard.
