You are allowed to add up to 5 total dependents. Dependents can be any of the following.
- x1 spouse
- x4 (or x5 if no spouse) children under the age of 26
Children must be under the age of 26, they do not need to live in the same home as you.
Dependents are billed at the same time your normal health plan is billed, on the 1st, unless instant activation is chosen at check out.
